Service Description
Our Strength Session is a 60-minute baseball-focused training session designed to help athletes build explosive power, functional strength, mobility, speed, and overall athletic performance. Each session is built around the player’s current development goals and the physical demands of competitive baseball. Training may include strength work, movement prep, mobility, core stability, speed and agility, arm care, lower-body power, and conditioning. EP4 coaches provide structure, accountability, and proper guidance so athletes can train with purpose and build a stronger foundation. This service is ideal for players who want to improve their body control, durability, athleticism, and confidence while supporting their long-term development on the field.
