Meet the EP4 Coaching Team

Francisco Gracesqui leads our pitching and strength training programs, drawing from his years of experience as a professional pitcher with the Toronto Blue Jays organization. His focus is on maximizing pitch speed, accuracy, and overall power through a blend of pitching mechanics and strength conditioning.

Brad Case is EP4’s Pitching Coordinator, bringing years of professional experience and a deep understanding of pitching development. A former pro pitcher, Brad specializes in using Trackman data and kinetic chain efficiency to help athletes maximize velocity, command, and movement patterns. His technical expertise and player-first approach make him one of the top pitching minds in the game, focused on helping every athlete move better and throw harder with purpose.

Julian Hunt combines his experience as a professional infielder with his skills as a hitting expert to oversee our fielding and hitting programs. He focuses on refining fielding techniques, increasing agility, and helping hitters elevate their precision and overall effectiveness at the plate.

Melvin Garcia, a former professional baseball player, heads our hitting program with his expertise in creating powerful swings and improving hitting mechanics. His experience as a pro-level hitter allows him to guide athletes on building explosive power at the plate and enhancing their consistency.

Roldani Baldwin, a former catcher for the Boston Red Sox and an Olympian for the Dominican Republic, leads our catching program with over 12 years of professional experience. His expertise in catching mechanics, game strategy, and hitting makes him an invaluable mentor for athletes looking to elevate their skills behind the plate and in the batter’s box.

Mariel Checo is a former professional pitcher who once threw 100 mph, renowned for his ability to generate high velocity and pinpoint command on the mound. He brings his experience working with top prospects to help refine pitching mechanics, develop advanced pitch strategies, and boost overall performance.

Jason Ramos is a professional baseball player and performance coach with a background in Sports Psychology. He began his college career in Upstate New York, earning MVP and Gold Glove honors, then finished in Florida before signing to play pro ball in Kansas.

With experience competing and training nationwide, Jason now focuses on developing young athletes through fundamentals, confidence-building, and mental skills training.

Stephen Alamais is a former professional baseball player and elite infield specialist with years of experience playing at the highest level. Known for his smooth glove and defensive IQ, Stephen brings a player-first approach to teaching infield fundamentals, footwork, and game awareness. At EP4, he leads youth development sessions with a focus on discipline, growth, and results.

Nestor Bautista is a key asset to EP4, bringing his expertise from the Florida Marlins and his current role at NY Presbyterian. With a focus on injury prevention and mobility, he blends his knowledge of biomechanics with a deep understanding of athlete care to keep our players performing at their best. Nestor’s dedication to helping athletes stay healthy and excel makes him a vital part of the EP4 team.

Julio “Ricky” Eusebio is a former professional pitcher with 7 years of pro ball experience, including time with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization, Quintana Roo (Mexican League), York Revolution, and the Long Island Ducks. Now serving as EP4’s pitching coach, Julio brings high-level expertise to the mound, helping pitchers refine mechanics, build velocity, and develop confidence through structured, individualized training.

Monte is a semi-professional sprinter with a degree in Exercise Science, specializing in Strength & Conditioning and Physical Therapy. Monte combines his background as a competitive athlete with evidence-based training to help athletes run faster, move better, and stay injury-free. Passionate about speed development, athletic performance, and long-term durability, he designs programs that maximize results while minimizing setbacks. Monte has been training athletes for the past 5 years and continues to elevate performance for athletes at the entry to pro level.

Yoelvi serves as EP4’s Recruiting Coordinator, bringing valuable experience in sports marketing, baseball operations, and baseball talent evaluation. He works directly with athletes and families to navigate the college recruiting process, offering personalized guidance, strategic exposure, and clear, honest feedback. With a sharp eye for identifying potential and a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, Yoelvi is committed to helping each player find the right fit and take the next step in their baseball journey.
